A: Alcohol = use a solution of cool water and washing up liquid and spot clean with a sponge. Remove with clean water and dry off with towel
B: Blood = cold water and dishwashing liquid, blot with sponge, repeat until stain is out. Use plain cold water to remove solution and dry off
C: Chcolate = Scrape off excess. Use cool water and washing up liquid and blot carefully. rinse with cold water. do not over wet!
D: Dirt = allow to dry out and scrape off excess. Mix 2 cups cool water with 1 tablespoon washing up liquid and blot until absorbed. Rinse with cold water and dry off.
E: Eyeliner = 2 cups cool water to 1 tablespoon washing up liquid. Blot until absorbed. Do not over wet! You could also try dry cleaning solvent on this stain.
F: Feces = Scrape off excess. Pour cornflour or baking soda onto stain and leave for 15 min. Make solution of 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon washing up liquid and 1 tablespoon white vinegar. Apply with sponge. Rinse with cold water and dry off. Do not over wet!
G: Glue = scrape off excess. Lay stack of damp paper towels onto glue. Allow to sit for 30 mins to soften. Use solution of cool water with washing up liquid and sponge the stain
H: Hair dye = begin trying washing up liquid mixed with water and blot carefully. If this doesn’t work, try rubbing alcohol. If this still doesn’t work, try a mix of washin up liquid, water and 1 tablespoon ammonia (be sure to test this first in a safe area as it can be harmful to some fabrics)
J: Jam = scrape off excess and then use a blend of rubbing alcohol and white vinegar to blot with a cloth
K: Ketchup = cool water with washing up liquid and blot – act fast though!
